在海洋文化的影响下,日本园林中的植物体现海与岛的特性。日本园林植物造景以常绿树、红叶树、整形灌木、苔草等为主要元素,植物用量不多,却很精致,运用修剪、吉配等手法,创造独特的日本园林植物景观,给予中国园林的植物造景以启示。
