摘要
幼儿园教师专业认同是教师对自己身为一名幼儿园教师所具有的意义的整体看法。从教师成长的历程来看,教师专业认同是多元的、复杂的、动态发展的。本研究旨在探讨幼儿园教师专业认同对教师专业发展的影响,运用叙事研究法,选取一位幼儿园教师作为研究个案,透过教师专业认同的个案故事,从自我形象、专业准备、工作动机、教学实践、未来展望等方面分析影响幼儿园教师专业发展的因素。
The professional identity of preschool teachers is their whole remarks on their own professional significance. From the perspective of professional development, teachers' professional identity is multiple, complex and dynamic. The essay explores the influence of preschool teachers' professional identity on their professional development. This research adopts the method of narrative inquiry and proceeds a case study of a preschool teacher and her stories of professional identity to analyze the influential factors of preschool teachers' professional development from the aspects of self-image, professional preparation, vocational motives, teaching practice and prospects.
