摘要
分析了网络同行评议的优点,并对国外现有的几种网络同行评议软件进行了对比分析,根据国内网络同行评议开展的现状,认为国内应加强对网络同行评议软件及系统的开发与建设,从而推进网络同行评议工作的开展。
The article analyses the advantage of internet peer review and from the comparison of several software of internet peer review in the world and the analysis of the present situation of Chinese Internet Peer Review,the article illustrates that we should strengthen the development and the construction of Internet Peer Review software in China to advance the expansion of Internet Peer Review.
