摘要
橙红叶石楠是一种优良的彩色观叶园林植物,利用其冬芽或春芽为外植体进行组织培养试验,结果表明:外植体诱导培养基采用MS+6-BA3mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L,春芽的诱导率达到66.7%;增殖培养基采用MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,丛生芽增殖率最高达5.1倍;壮苗培养基采用MS+6-BA0.7mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+IBA0.2mg/L,壮苗率为90%;生根培养基采用1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L,平均生根数6.2条,生根率达100%。
The rapid propagation technique of Photinia fraseri 'Orangeade Robin' was reported in this paper.The suitable culture medium for the initiation of explants was MS medium supplemented with 6-BA3 mg/L and NAA0.3 mg/L;Whereas MS basic medium supplemented with 6-BA1.5mg/L and NAA0.1 mg/L was best for the proliferation of bud dusters;For rooting of adventitious buds,1/2MS medium replenished with NAA0.2 mg/L and IBA0.3 mg/L was excellent.
