摘要
实施素质教育是提高民族素质,培养学生创新能力,实现我国经济社会发展第三步战略目标的一项重大战略决策。提高教师队伍的素质,准确把握教师素质的内涵,着力培养高素质的人才,这是全面实施素质教育的关键。
Quality educati on is of vital importance to realization of the strategic aims of social and econo mic development in our country. However, the key link in carrying out quality ed ucation depends on upgrading the quality of teachers, understanding the connotat ion of teacher quality, and cultivation of talented people.
