摘要
结晶器是电渣重熔炉的关键部件,它由紫铜(T2)筒体及上下的低碳钢法兰和铜法兰装焊而成。由于紫铜的热物理特性,焊接性较差。采用熔化极氩弧焊方法、正确选择焊接工艺参数和装配焊接顺序,可以确保焊接质量。
Crystallizer is the key part of electro-slag re-melting furnace. It is made up of red copper pipe, flange of low carbon steel and flange of red copper. Due to the special heating property red copper is of poor welding quality. A desirable welding quality depends on the right design of welding process parameters and assembly welding sequence.
