摘要
爆炸案件现场勘查是获取爆炸信息的重要环节,由于爆炸案件现场的特点决定着勘查必须拟定相应的勘查预案,规范勘查程序。在保证勘查人员安全的情况下,根据案件的实际特点进行物证的发现、固定、提取等工作,并从证据学意义上对物证进行分析。
Scene investigation of an explosion case is a key link in obtaining information about the explosion. The character of the scene decides the making of investigation preparation and regularizes the investigation procedure. It should be under the condition of guaranteeing the safety of the investigators to do the work of finding out, fixing and collecting material evidence.
