摘要
采用多参考坐标系模型和标准k-ε双方程湍流模型,应用流体动力学软件FLUENT对一种标准离心泵的内部流场进行模拟计算,通过对泵内流场的压力分布和流动速度进行分析,得到其内的流动状态,进而利用仿真结果计算出泵的特性曲线,并与试验性能曲线进行对比,在额定工况附近二者吻合情况较理想。
Using multiple reference frame and standard k-εmodel,numerical simulation of the flow field of a standard centrifugal pump was performed with a commercial software package,FLU- ENT.From the simulation results,a detailed situation of the flow in the pump is visualized,including the pressure distributions and velocity distributions.The performance curve is also drawn from the simulation results.By contrast,the simulated performance curves have a good agree with the experi- mental ones,especially at the normal flow rate situation.
