摘要
采用《公路项目安全性评价指南》[1]中的方法,计算运行速度的基础上,借鉴《美国通行能力手册》及国外数据,进一步考虑沿线交通流、大型结构物等因素的影响,对运行速度进行修正,体现了实际行车过程中线形之外的因素对运行速度的干扰,更贴近实际运行速度.
Based on the operating speed calculated according to Guidelines for Safety Audit of Highway,a new method which considers the influence of traffic and major structures is discussed.The method which modifies the speed according to Highway Capacity Manual 2000 and some data reflect the factors besides alignment.The modified speed is nearer to the actual speed.
