摘要
运动学评估是判断上颈椎半脱位的重要方法。临床评估内容包括头-肩体位变化,静态触诊,主动运动性质等方面内容。本文论述了上颈椎运动学评估的各方面原则。在体位评估和静态触诊的基础上,对上颈椎屈伸、旋转和侧屈运动及组成上颈椎的环枕关节、寰枢关节和C2-3关节各方向运动障碍进行充分的运动学检查,可获得上颈椎半脱位的定位信息,对脊柱调整手法的有效实施提供依据。
Objective:Kinematics assessment is an important approach to evaluate subluxation of the upper cervical spine. Clinical assessment includes postural changes of head and shoulder, static palpation and subjective nature of movement. This article elaborated the overall principles of kinematics assessment on upper cervical spine. Based on postural assessment and static palpation, the location information of subluxation of upper cervical spine can be obtained through a full kinematics examination on flexion and extension, rotation and lateral flexion of upper cervical spine as well as multi-direction motor dysfunction of atlanto-occipital joint, atlantoaxial joint and C2~3 joint of the upper cervical spine, which may provide evidence for the effective application of spinal adjustment.
