摘要
为实现PLC控制系统的远程监控,运用Visual Basic(VB)系统提供的通信控件和网络控件,结合PLC的通信协议和网络相关知识,实现PLC上位机对PLC系统的监控和数据的远程传输,从总体上体现了如何运用VB编写程序实现PC对PLC的远程监控。该监控系统经过一年的运行试验,运行情况良好,不仅能够实现PLC的运行状态,而且能够通过PC机直接对PLC进行运行控制。
PLC is applied widely as a kind of industrial control major technical means.The remote control of PLC control system is useful to failure detection and production process control.The communication components and network compoments of VB combined with the PLC's protocol of communication and the knowledge of Network are used to realize the control to PLC and long-range data transmission.The control system has been operating well for one year.
