摘要 应用人机系统理论,开发软件巡检系统平台来提高电气设备状态检测管理水平,尽可能杜绝人为因素的影响,使定性、定量、客观地、即时考核设备巡检人员的工作绩效成为可能。利用人机系统理论获得最佳巡视效果,从而实现对现场巡视作业安全、质量的“可控”和“在控”,获得最佳安全效益和经济效益。 The applied person mechanism system theories, develop software to cruise check the system platform to raise the electricity equipments appearance examination management level, eradicate completely the influence of the artificial factor possibly, make to settle sex,fixed amount and investigate an equipments to cruise work results of check the personnel to make possible objectively and immediately. Make use of person's mechanism system theories acquires the best tour result,carrying out'can control'to go around and inspect the homework safety, quality to the spot thus with 'Be control' acquiring the best and safe performance and economic performance.
