汽轮机低压支持轴承损坏原因分析与处理 被引量:1

摘要 某电厂低压转子后轴承在运行过程中出现了温度急剧升高的现象,被迫停机。揭轴承盖检查该轴承,出现了轴承钨金熔化现象。根据对轴承损坏情况以及机组之前的运行状况综合研究分析,轴承损坏是瞬间供油不足造成的,采取了不揭汽缸更换轴承的处理,轴承更换后,机组运行情况正常。事实证明在不揭缸的情况下可以实现更换轴承的工作,这种方式不仅节约了检修成本而且大大减少了机组的停运时间,这种检修经验对今后的检修工作具有一定的借鉴作用。 The power plant was forced to outage,because the temperature of low pressure rotor's back bearing sharply went up.After checking,the bearing pad was found to melt.According to the situation of plant running and analysis of the bearing's damage,it was result in the shortage of oil in short time,then the bearing was replaced without opening the cylinder.Then,the power plant worked normally.It poved that the support bearing can be replaced without opening the cylinder.This way not only saved the reparing cost but also cut down the time of power plant outage.This experience is proved to be actually useful for the reparing work in future.
