摘要
对神头发电有限责任公司捷制PG650 t/h锅炉投产以来,炉膛吹灰器下部的水冷壁管段发生泄漏问题进行深入研究,认为直接原因是吹灰器套筒的烧损,了解其泄漏周期,为制定检修周期和运行控制措施打下了基础并实施,取得了良好的经济效益,对同类型锅炉安全运行有一定借鉴。
When Czech-made PG650t/h unit operated in Shentou power co.,Ltd the leakage of soot-blowed water-wall tube were in-depth studied.We found that the direct reason is soot-blowed tube of loss and understand its leakage cycle,and laid the foundation for formulating maintenance cycle and operation control measures.Achieved good economic benefit by implementation,with the types of the safe operation of the boiler has certain reference.
