摘要
根据集控中心监控系统的一起实际的遥控误操作事件,分析了集控中心ON2000自动化系统遥控操作界面存在的隐患,并从技术方面提出了相应的改进措施,采取了增加审批流程、使用开关"站名缩写+编号"、使用专用操作站的方法,消除了遥控误操作时存在的隐患,有效的防止了遥控误操作事故发生。
According to an actual mistaken remote control operation of the centre monitoring system,the article analyzed the hidden danger of ON2000 automatic remote control operation system.Besides,it lists several corrective ways of improving them on the foundation of professional guidance.Moreover,it increase the procedures of checking,and it eliminates such hidden dangers by adopting the usage of ＂substation name abbreviations ＋ Numbers＂ and excluding operation website and using the special operation station.Finally,it eliminates the remote control when the hidden trouble in wrong operation,which can give rise to the decrease of proportion of remote control operation accidents.
