摘要
目的了解连云港市在校大学生和公务员对义务献血相关知识的知晓现况,从而推进无偿献血的发展。方法通过以自填方式发放问卷调查,对获得无偿献血知识的掌握情况和途径进行统计分析。结果通过调查,对无偿献血基本知识总知晓率为78.7%,男女适量献血对健康无害知晓率,经统计学检验差异无统计学意义(χ2=1、07,P﹥0.05);适量献血量为200～400 ml的知晓率,经统计学检验性差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.16,P﹤0.01)。结论无偿献血需要持之以恒的宣传,宣传的形式和载体应多元化,做到全面、持续、新颖。
[Objective]To understand the blood donation status among college students and civil servants in Lianyungang City so as to promote the development of blood donation. [Methods]Self-administered questionnaire survey was performed on awareness of voluntary blood donation and the way of learning voluntary blood donation,the results were statistically analyzed. [Results]Through investigation,the awareness rate of basic knowledge about blood donation was 78,7%,awareness of proper amount blood donation having no harm on health was not significantly different between genders（χ~2=1.07,P﹥0.25）,awareness of proper amount blood donation of 200~400ml was significantly different between genders（χ~2=14.16,P﹤0.05）. [Conclusion]Publicity of Blood donation requires sustained advocacy,the form of publicity and the carrier should be diversified,comprehensive,sustained and innovative.
