摘要
针对竖转施工桥梁转动铰受力特性复杂的特点,依托重庆万盛藻渡大桥实体工程建立转动铰实体有限元接触模型。结果分析揭示了转动铰应力分布特性,据此提出2点设计要求,且推荐了转动铰的承载力验算公式。
Aiming at the feature of complicated load-bearing characteristic of rotating hinge in bridge with vertical lifting rotation construction,this paper establishes a physical finite element contact model of the rotating hinge based on the practical Chongqing Wansheng Zaodu Bridge project.The result analysis discloses the distribution characteristic of the rotating hinge stress,the paper thus proposes two requirements for design accordingly and recommends the check formula for the bearing capacity of the rotating hinge.
