摘要
为实现电力行业"十一五"节能20%,二氧化硫削减22%的行业目标,电力行业面临严峻的节能减排形势。根据清洁生产源头控制以及废弃物资源化利用的原理,介绍了七种具有明显经济效益和环境效益的节能减排技术,为电力行业清洁生产审核中节能减排方案的提出提供借鉴作用。
Power industry is one of the most important basic energy industries in China's national economy,and it is also an industry with high consumption of energy and heavy pollution.In order to achieve the energy saving and emission reduction goals of Eleventh Five-Year Plan,the electric power industry is confronted with a severe challenge on saving energy and reducing pollutants discharge.Based on the principle of resource reduction and the utilization of waste materials,seven energy saving and emission reduction techniques with notable economic and environmental benefits are introduced in order to provide a basis for cleaner production in electric power industry.
