天津第一高楼津塔基坑工程的设计与实践 被引量:1

摘要 天津地区浅层土质软弱,地下水位高,天津津塔项目位于天津市和平区海河边,建成后将成为天津第一高楼,其基坑工程面积大、开挖深,设计与实践都存在较高的难度。工程采用"两墙合一"的地下连续墙作为基坑围护结构,并根据场地内地下水的特点制定了针对性的对策。针对基坑形状不规则的特点和需避让主体上部结构的要求,设计了双圆环形的水平支撑体系取得了良好的实施效果。双圆环支撑内部设置的旋转施工坡道也为加快土方开挖速度创造了有利条件。在基坑实施过程中对土方开挖与支撑浇筑流水作业进程的有效控制,通过实测数据的反映,周边围护结构和支撑体系的受力和变形都比较理想,保证了基坑工程的安全和顺利进行。希望本工程的设计思路能够给同类工程的设计提供有益的借鉴和参考。 There is soft soil and underground water in the shallow in Tianjin area.Jin Tower is located in Hepin district where is near the Haihe River.It will be the highest building in Tianjin.The design and experience of deep foundation pits Jin Tower is really a hard work.Diaphragm walls were used as retaining structures as well as outside walls of the basement.According to the characteristics of confined water,the corresponding method was applied.Because the plan shape was unregular,so double-circle strut was applied here to avoid obstructing structure of the high building.The circle trestle inside the circle strut was used to transport soil conveniently.The experience of deep foundation was safe due to the good control of excavation and strut construction.The design of retaining structures and strut is proved suitable by informational construction.It will provide some good advices and references to similar projects.
