摘要
通过分析建筑公司项目部设备管理中存在的问题,提出由公司直接参与管理现场设备的现场设备委托管理制和施工设备现场监理制的管理模式,指出此模式有利于现场设备进行管理,而且可确保设备发挥性能、确保设备保值、增值。
By analyzing problems during equipment management of construction enterprises,two management modes by which enterprises participate in site equipment management are proposed,including equipment commission management mode and equipment supervision mode.Both the two modes are beneficial to site equipment management,and they can make the equipments play their performance well.Additionally,the equipments can retain their values or increment by the management modes.
