摘要
依据对大量薄壁箱形混凝土构件——预应力混凝土空心板的试验研究和预应力混凝土连续刚构桥底板开裂情况的调查,分析了该类型结构沿预应力钢束纵向开裂的原因,提出了设计、施工偏差中各种因素的影响及改进措施。并从工程设计角度建立力学分析模型,提出了确定底板预应力钢束下保护层厚度的建议公式。
Based on the survey to a large of thin-wall boxes of concrete component,experiment study on pre-stressed concrete hollows and the situation of bottom slab crack on pre-stressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge are included.The reasons of crack on the type of structure are analysised.Some of the factors of effect and improved measures,which are on research and construction deviation,are founded.The results will be exampled for research and construction deviation to the same structure.Mechanic model used for analysis,which are based on engineering design,are established.The proposed formulation is founded.The protecting thickness under the pre-stressed wire can be determined by the formulation.
