摘要
某大桥主桥下部结构为钢筋混凝土薄壁墩,基础采用钻孔灌注桩接承台基础。根据深水区主桥桥墩承台施工技术难题,本文提出采用双壁钢套箱围堰方案,在围堰内外壁间设有竖向隔仓板,并在环向把钢壳分成8个互不相通的仓,以确保施工过程的稳定性。在此基础上,采用有限单元法对该钢围堰的结构受力进行了计算分析并对相应设计参数作了调整,确保了施工的安全,可为同类工程设计提供参考和借鉴。
Based on the construction practice of steel cofferdam for pier of a Bridge,the deep water double-wall steel cofferdams is suggested and the constration is designed.Some sliders are installed between double shell of the cofferdam which is divided by eight cells.Then numeric analysis by means of FEM program for force status of the monolithic structure has been made in order to study its mechanic features and ensure its construction safety and some design parameters have been revised.The results show that strength and stability of the steel cassion cofferdam with double-shell satisfies engineering requirements.The conclusions may serve as guidance and reference for the design and construction of similar structures.
