摘要
介绍了制备SnO2纳米微粒的常用制备方法——溶胶—凝胶法,并采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了二氧化锡纳米微粒,对产品的制备过程作了简要论述,最后对产品进行了XRD、TEM、SEM表征和相关问题讨论.
This article introduces a commonly used method for the preparation of nanometer tin dioxide--sol-gelatin method,briefly analyses the preparation process of nanometer with the sol-gelatin method.On this basis,the article discusses the characterization of XRD、TEM、SEM and relevant questions.
