摘要
中国反贫困途径应该从开发人力资源入手。重点对人力资本投资进行论述,采用简单的计量经济学方法进行分析,得出人力资本投资的几点建议。
China's anti-poverty should be a way to the development of human resources from the beginning.This paper focused on discussing human capital investment and adopted a simple econometric methods for analysis,some suggestions would get out.
