摘要
城乡弱势群体应主要包括以下群体:城镇失业或下岗工人、城乡低收入者、孤寡老人和孩子、病弱无助者、残疾人、精神失常者等。无论是在物质生活上,还是在文化教育和社会政治地位上,他们都处于社会弱势境地。城乡弱势群体问题的长期存在不利于国民经济健康增长,不利于社会和谐发展,不利于国家长期稳定。因此,应从拓宽和巩固党的执政基础与地位的高度,关注和帮助弱势群体。
Nowadays,the vulnerable groups in China's urban and rural areas mainly include the urban unemployed and laid-off workers,the low-income earners,the non-provided-for seniors,the non-cared sick people,the handicapped,the psychotics and disadvantaged in their material life,education,social and political status.The large number of the vulnerable groups has negatively affected the development and stability of the society because it is not in the interest of the country's stability,economy growth and social development.Therefore,we should care about and help the vulnerable groups in order to widen and consolidate the ruling basis and status of CPC.
