摘要
目的观察光凝术结合长春胺缓释胶囊治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法将120例视网膜静脉阻塞患者随机分为研究组(n=64)和对照组(n=56);对照组采用局部或全视网膜激光光凝术治疗,研究组采用光凝术结合口服长春胺缓释胶囊治疗。3个月后,观察两组眼底疗效和视力提高情况。结果眼底疗效:研究组有效率为84.4%(54/64),对照组为62.5%(35/56),研究组的有效率高于对照组(P<0.01);视力疗效:研究组视力提高率为78.1%(50/64),对照组为53.6%(30/56),研究组视力提高疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论光凝术结合长春胺缓释胶囊治疗可改善视网膜静脉阻塞患者的眼底情况和视力。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Changehun＇ an Sustained Release Capsules＂ combined laser pholocoagulatinn in treating retinal veinl ocelusion. Methods One hundred and twenty cases were randomly divided into research group and control group. Fifiy-six cases in control group were treated with photocoagulation, and sixty-ibur cases in researeh group were treated with photocoagulatiou and ＂Changchun＇ an Sustained Release Capsules＂. The clinical efficacy of eye ground and improvment of eyesight were observed after three months. Results The effective rate for eye ground was 84.4% in research group and 62.5% in control group,the effective rate was higher in researeh group than in Ihe control group （P 〈 0.01 ） ; the improvmenl rate for eyesight in researrh group was 78. 1% , higher than 53.6% in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ＂Changchun＇ an Sustained Release Capsules＂ and/combined combing with laser photncoagulation has positive effects on retinal vein occlusion.
