电子数码时代离不开集成电路(integrated circuit,IC)技术的支持,而印刷集成电路技术的出现及发展又对信息产业不断壮大注入了新的强劲动力。当前信息产业继续向前发展,信息化设备市场不断完善,印刷集成电路技术成为市场青睐的对象,与此同时它的出现也为RFID技术在印刷式IC芯片中的应用做出了很好的指引,进一步拓展了RFID技术的应用领域。
Integrated Circuits(ICs)are essential in the electronic digital era and the emergence and developments of the integrated circuits printing technology has resulted in the growth of the information industry.Currently,the information industry is developing steadily and the information equipment market is also improving continuously.This causes the integrated circuits printing technology to be the favorite target in the market.The emergence of the integrated circuits printing technology also paved the way for RFID technology to further expand its applications in the printing of IC Chips.
