摘要
对1例毛囊闭塞三联症患者采用间断多次手术切开引流的方法排除囊肿脓液,术后根据细菌药敏试验结果选用敏感抗生素治疗,结合临床病情变化制定清创、伤口换药、湿敷及清除粉刺等护理治疗措施。认为重视毛囊闭塞三联症患者围手术期观察、治疗和护理是缩短病程的重要环节,选择合适的手术时间和正确的切口是预防术后并发症的关键,做好患者围手术期的心理护理,专业的换药技术和良好的健康指导和关怀可有效提高患者的生活质量并促进早日康复。
To investigate the measurements of nursing,treating and preventing follicular occusion triad during perioperation.Pus of the cystic was repeatedly excluded by incision drainage operation.Antibiotic treatment were used according to the results of susceptibility test.Such nursing treatments as debridement,wound ressing and riding acne as well as wet dressing were carried out.Observing,treating and nursing the patient with follicular occlusion triad during perioperation play important roles in shortening the course of disease.Timely surgery and properly cutting are the keys to prevent from complications.Psychological nursing,professional wound dressing and caring would be helpful for life quality and early recovery.
