摘要
以发热待查的诊治为例,讨论实习生临床思维的培养方法。指出实习生的临床思维来自扎实的基础和临床理论知识,详细的病史询问和严格的体格检查,严密的逻辑思维和不断的经验教训总结。提出学生临床思维的培养不应当是纯理论的探讨,它必须来源于教学实践。
The article discusses how to cultivate the clinical thinking of interns by the diagnosis and treatment of fever patients.It puts forward the clinical thinking comes from the solid foundation of theoretical knowledge,detailed medical history taking and strict physical examination,tight logical thinking and constant lessons learned.It reached the conclusion that the training of clinical thinking should not be purely theoretical study,it must come from teaching practice.
