摘要
文章分析了当前高校学生政治辅导员工作中几种角色冲突的类型,并讨论了其形成的原因。提出了政治辅导员消除冲突,缓解心理压力的自我调节策略。
The article analyzed the current political counselor in the college students in several types of conflict of roles,and discuss the reasons for its formation.It brings forward some self-regulation strategies to ease psychological pressure.
