摘要
目的对Sysmex XE-2100测定正常成年人静脉血红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)的参考区间进行调查,以建立适合该实验室的参考区间。方法参照美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)C28-A2文件推荐方法,选取550例健康个体,采用Sysmex XE-2100进行MCHC测定,用SPSS13.0对检测结果进行统计分析,并通过对200例健康体检者的MCHC值在参考区间内、外情况进行验证,建立适合该实验室的参考区间。结果 MCHC参考值在正常人群中呈偏态分布,且不同性别和年龄组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),可合并参考区间。合并后的参考区间为308~349 g/L。验证结果在区间外的数据仅占3%,符合结果分布规律。结论不同性别和年龄人群MCHC参考区间可合并,合并后建立的参考区间适用于该实验室。
Objective To investigate the biological reference interval of mean corpusular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC) examined by hematology analyzer Sysmex XE-2100,and establish the reference interval suitable for our laboratory.Methods According to the items of NCCLS C28-A2,MCHC levels in 550 healthy individuals were determined by Sysmex XE-2100 and analyzed by SPSS13.0.Using the data of 200 healthy persons to verify the new reference interval,and to establish the biological reference interval in our department.Results The levels of MCHC in healthy population did not conform to a Gaussian distribution,and the results between males and females or in different age groups showed no statistical significance(P0.05).The new reference interval of MCHC was 308-349 g/L.only 3% of verification results were outside the new reference interval,which was consistent with the results distribution rule.Conclusion The reference interval of different gender and age groups can be combinated,and the new reference interval is suitable for our laboratory.
