肺栓塞合并心搏骤停心肺复苏后成功溶栓1例体会 被引量：6

摘要 肺血栓栓塞症（PTE）是临床常见的急危重症。根据“欧洲心血管学会（ECS）2008”及“美国心脏病学会（AHA）2011”指南的意见，大面积或高危PTE的患者应接受溶栓治疗，但为PTE并发心搏骤停行心肺复苏（CPR）后的患者进行溶栓治疗并取得成功病例报道不多。本科收治1例因多处腰椎及骨盆骨折并发急性肺栓塞（APE）导致心搏骤停的患者，行CPR后即采取输注重组组织型纤溶酶原激活物（rt—PA）溶栓治疗，获得成功，现将病例报告如下。
