摘要
针对不同厚度连接板对高强螺栓群的受力影响,采用有限元软件ANSYS建立了三维有限元实体模型,对两种不同厚度的连接板在拉力荷载作用下的板件相对位移、板件应力等进行了模拟,并对比分析了不同厚度连接板的应力状态。结果表明:薄板与厚板应力分布规律一致,但厚板应力数值更小,应力分布更有利。
In order to solve the problem of structural behavior of high-strength bolts group influenced by the factor of thickness of the gusset plate, a 3D solid FEM model was established by using ANSYS to simulate the displacement between core plate and buttcover plate, as well as the normal stress on two different thicknesses of gusset plates under tension force. The data of the stress state was compared and analyzed. The results indicated that the stress distribution of both fellow the same law, but the stress value of thicker gusset plate was smaller than the thinner plate, the stress distribution of the thicker was also more favourable.
