微创冠状动脉旁路移植术的临床应用及研究进展

摘要
1983年,英国外科医生WICKHAM第一次提出了“微创外科”的概念。至今,大量的微创技术被发明和使用。冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)的兴起是其在心血管外科领域的主要代表。传统CABG在体外循环(CPB)情况下进行。CPB可引起病人全身系统的炎症样反应。
