摘要 将有机硅废触体与氯气在流化床中反应制得四氯化硅。通过几年的研发工作,完成了冷模流态化试验,150 mm流化床热模条件试验及600 mm流化床中试条件试验,取得了较佳的工艺参数和工艺数据,较佳工艺条件为:反应温度310℃,反应压力0.10 MPa,表观气速0.08~0.10 m/s,流化床反应器换热采用80℃热水。 Spent silicon contact mass and chlorine gas were used to synthesize tetrachlorosilane in the fluidized bed. Proper technical parameters and data were obtained through 6150 mm fluidized bed and 6600 mm fluidized bed experiments. The optimized processing conditions were at reaction temperature of 310 ℃, reaction pressure of 0. 10 MPa, superficial gas velocity of 0. 08 - 0. 10 m/s, and water temperature of 80 centigrade.
