摘要
为更加准确地研究复合支柱绝缘子在大风条件下摆动的机械疲劳性能,考虑到复合支柱绝缘子在实际运行中要承受压、弯、扭等多重荷载,以变电站管型母线复合支柱绝缘子为例,设计了一套对复合支柱绝缘子同时施加静态压、扭荷载,周期动态弯荷载的机械疲劳试验方法。
For a more accurate research on the mechanical fatigue performance of the composite post insulator swinging in windy conditions ,we take into account that the composite post insulator bears the pressing, bending, twisting loads in the actual operation. Take the pipe-structure busbar in substation for an example,we design a mechanical fatigue test method for the composite post insulator under static pressing and twisting load, and also under cycle dynamic bending load at the same time.
