摘要
矿产资源对国民经济的发展起着基础性的保障作用,为了规范探矿权市场建设,使探矿权快速增值为采矿权,文章主要对探矿权自身属性进行分析:探矿活动有自身的工作规律;是一项具有高风险的产业活动;探矿权主体一般情况下是集出资人和地勘人有机联合的多主体;探矿权客体是由不特定性向特定性的转变;探矿权成果是信息产品。
The mineral resources play a fundamental safeguarding role for developing the economy in any country. In order to regulate the market of exploration tenement and rapidly increase the exploration tenement to mining tenement, it is mainly analyzed the own properties of the exploration tenement in this paper： the activities of exploration has itself work regulations ; and it is a high risk in- dustrial activities; In general the subject of exploration tenement is a organic joint of more than one investors and geological surveys; the object of exploration tenement is changing from unspecification to specification; exploration results are information products.
