双通道、热微分智能传感器系统研究

摘要 根据温度传感器的工作原理,设计了一种双通道、热微分智能传感器系统。将多传感器数据融合技术应用在该系统中。对温度信号采集部分制备了两个温度敏感器件,分别检测外界不同点的温度。由于各种外界环境都可能产生一定的温度场变化,因此单通道温度传感器难免会受到外界干扰而引入误差。双通道的设计思想:只有两个通道都检测到外界温度出现突然升高并且温升率大于2℃/s时,智能处理器才上报驱动报警信号。克服了单通道温度传感器因被测环境局部温度变化导致误报情况发生的固有弊端,增强了传感器输出的灵敏度和可靠性,使系统达到了实现提前预警的目的。 Based on the operating principle of temperature sensor,a kind of double-channel heat differential sensor sensitive to temperature is designed,to which the multi-sensor data fusion technology is applied.Two components sensitive to temperature were prepared for the temperature signal acquisition assembly to detect the environment temperature at different points.As different kinds of external environment are possible to produce temperature field change,single-channel sensor is inevitable to be affected and misbehave.The design intention is that MCU will not report any warning message until the two sensitive componets detect fortuitous event from external environment and the temperature rise rate is higher than 2℃/s.Inherent malpractice arising from local temperature changes turns away.The sensitivity and reliability of the sensor output was strengthened by the technology.The early warning is realized with the research.
