摘要
旋转机械启停机分析是了解系统动态特性、进行故障分析与诊断的重要手段之一。针对传统瞬态信号分析方法(Bode图、极坐标图、坎贝尔图等)存在的不足,根据全矢谱分析技术提出了一种新的瞬态分析图谱——瞬态全矢谱图。通过分析一转子实验台的启机数据,阐明了瞬态全矢谱图与传统Bode图相比具有分析系统临界转速唯一、判断临界区准确、提供的参考信息更全等优点。
The runup data analysis of rotating machines is an important method for understanding rotor′s dynamic characteristics and diagnosing faults.Considering the shortcomings of traditional transient analysis methods,such as Bode diagram,polar diagram,Campbell chart,etc,a novel method for analyzing transient signal-transient vector spectrum diagram is presented in this paper,based on the vector spectrum analysis technique.It is illustrated that the novel method is more accurate than Bode diagram in recognizing the critical speed and resonance region of the rotor system.Furthermore,the transient vector spectrum diagram can present more information than traditional transient analysis methods.The result provides with theory evidence for applying transient vector spectrum diagram to deal with transient data such as runup data.
