连续流动分析法测定烟用有机肥中的氯离子含量 被引量:2

摘要 为了快速检测烟用有机肥中的氯含量,研究了烟用有机肥样品的前处理条件和连续流动法测定烟用有机肥中氯含量的回收率、精确度,并与硝酸银滴定法的测定结果进行了比较。结果表明:①适宜的前处理条件为称样量0.3 g,提取溶剂50 mL去离子水,振荡萃取时间60 min;②方法的平均回收率为100.7%~103.0%,相对标准偏差0.31%~5.40%;③该方法的测定结果与硝酸银滴定法无显著性差异。 In order to determine the chlorine in organic fertilizer rapidly,the sample preparation conditions,recovery and precision of continuous flow analysis method for determining chlorine in organic fertilizer for tobacco were tested.The determined value by the method was compared with that determined by silver nitrate titration.The results indicated that: 1) The optimum preparation conditions were that 0.3 g of sample was extracted with 50 mL deionized water for 60 minutes under shaking.2) The average recovery of chlorine ranged from 100.7% to 103.0% with the relative standard deviation from 0.31% to 5.40%.3) There was no significant difference between the results determined by the method and silver nitrate titration.
