摘要
甲供材料在水电工程建设投资中占有较大比重。从合同基价约定、核算办法、过程管理等方面分析了甲供材料环节容易出现的问题,并结合工作实际提出了解决办法。可为今后合理制定甲供材料管理办法,控制工程投资提供借鉴。
The cost of materials supplied by owner in the construction of hydropower projects has a larger proportion to total investment. The issues in the management of owner-supplied materials are analyzed from the aspects of contract base prices, accounting methods and process management, and the solutions are also proposed based on the actual experiences. The management practices will provide references to owner-supplied material management and investment control in the future.
