摘要
通过腹腔注射四氯化碳建立小鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测小鼠血清中谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、肝脏匀浆液中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平的变化,考察三白草石油醚提取部位和正丁醇部位对小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用.结果表明:三白草石油醚部位和正丁醇部位均能明显降低小鼠血清中GOT和GPT的活力,提高小鼠肝脏匀浆液中SOD的活力,降低MDA的水平.说明三白草的石油醚提取部位和正丁醇提取部位对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤均有一定的保护作用.
The acute liver injury model was established in mice by intraperitoneal injection carbon tetrachloride.The levels of glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease(GOT) and glutamic pyruvic transaminase(GPT) in mice serum,superoxide dismutase(SOD) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in liver homogenate were detected to evaluate the protective effects of petroleum ether extract and n-butanol extract from Saururus chinensis(Lour.) Baill on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice.The results showed that petroleum ether extract and n-Butanol extract could obviously decrease the levels of GOT and GPT in mice serum,significantly increase the level of SOD in liver homogenate and reduce the level of MDA.That demonstrates petroleum ether extract and n-Butanol extract from S.chinensis have protective effects on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice.
