摘要
通过螺杆挤出法制备了玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯(GFRPP)复合材料。利用电子万能试验机对复合材料的力学性能进行了测量,并对实验结果进行了分析。结果表明:随着GF用量的增加,GFRPP复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度也相应增大,且12 mm长玻纤的复合材料比6 mm的高;随着GF用量的增加,GFRPP复合材料的断裂伸长率呈先增大再减小的趋势,且12 mm长玻纤的复合材料比6 mm的小。
The glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composites were prepared by the screw extruding method. Their mechanical properties were measured and the experiment results were analyzed by electronic u- niversal testing machine. The results indicated that the tensile strength and impact strength of the GFRPP composites increased with the GF content of the composites increasing, even the tensile strength and impact strength of the 12 mm GFRPP composites was higher than those of the 6 mm GFRPP eomposites. The breaking elongation of the GFRPP composites first rose and then fell with increasing glass fibers content, the breaking elongation of the 12 mm GFRPP composites was smaller than that of the 6 mm GFRPP composites.
