摘要
目的探讨高频电波刀(LEEP)治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法对81例宫颈糜烂的门诊患者采用LEEP手术治疗,观察手术时间、手术出血量及近期疗效。结果 LEEP手术治疗宫颈糜烂一次成功率为96.51%(78/81),平均时间8.4min,平均出血量6.3ml,连续观察3个月,治愈74例(91.75%),有效7例(8.25%),总有效率为100%。结论 LEEP治疗宫颈糜烂操作简单安全,患者痛苦小,疗效显著,疗程短,无明显副作用,是治疗宫颈糜烂较为理想的一种方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of high frequency radiosurgical knife（LEEP） in treatment of the cervical erosion.Methods 81 patients with the cervical erosion were treated with LEEP surgery.The operative time and blood loss were recorded and the effect was continuously observed.Results The successful rate of treatment was 96.51%（78/81）.The average time was 8.4 min.The blood loss was 6.3 ml.74 patients were cured（91.75%）.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion LEEP knife in treatment of cervical erosion has significant effect,short course,no side effects,simple security and little pain.
