摘要
研究了一种适用于连续热镀锌钢板表面处理的钛盐钝化膜。通过正交试验和单因素试验,确定了钛盐钝化工艺的最佳条件为:Ti(SO4)28g/L、H2O280mL/L、HNO36mL/L、H3PO46mL/L,钝化温度30°C,钝化时间10s。扫描电镜和能谱分析发现,由最佳工艺得到的钝化膜均匀致密,由O、P、Ti和Zn组成。电化学测试表明,钛盐钝化膜有明显的钝化区,极化电阻提高到15~17k?,中性盐雾试验达到24h以上。
A titanium salt conversion coating used for continuous hot-dip galvanized steel sheet was studied. The optimal conditions of titanium salt passivation were obtained by orthogonal test and single factor test as follows: Ti(SO4)2 8 g/L, H202 80 mL/L, HNO3 6 mL/L, H3PO4 6 mL/L, passivation temperature 30℃ , and passivation time 10 s. The results of SEM and energy-dispersive spectroscopy indicated that the conversion film obtained from the optimal process is uniform and compact, and consists of O, P, Ti, and Zn. Electrochemical test showed that the titanium salt passivation film presents an obvious passivation area, has an increased polarization resistance of 15-17 kΩ, and can endure more than 24 h in neutral salt spray corrosion test.
