摘要
考虑再生骨料替代率、纤维掺量、外加剂掺量,制作再生混凝土试块分别进行和易性、抗压弹性模量、抗压强度、劈裂强度试验,研究这些因素对再生混凝土基本性能的影响.通过试验分析可知,相对于普通混凝土来说,再生混凝土的基本力学性能较差.随着再生骨料替代率的增加,对再生混凝土的基本力学性能产生明显的不利影响,但通过添加聚丙烯纤维,可有效地改善其基本力学性能.另外,掺加引气减水剂,可有效地改善其再生混凝土的和易性.
Considering the replacement rate of recycled aggregate,fiber content and admixture content,this thesis experiments respectively workability,compressive elastic modulus,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength by the production of recycled concrete test block,and studies the effect of these factors on the basic mechanical properties of the recycled concrete.Analysis of the experiment shows that,compared to ordinary concrete,the basic mechanical properties of recycled concrete is poor and reduces with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate content,but their basic mechanical properties can be effectively improved by adding fiber.By adding gas-lifting and water-reducing,the recycled concrete can get a good workability.
