摘要
绵羊肺炎支原体GH3-3MoGH3-3株是我国绵羊支原体肺炎灭活疫苗制苗菌株。为研究MoGH3-3株在改良KM2培养基中的生长及繁殖特性,利用活菌计数方法对其在不同培养阶段的生长滴度(颜色变化单位)进行测定,并绘制生长曲线。结果表明,传代稳定的MoGH3-3株在改良KM2培养基中培养12h开始进入对数生长期,培养72h进入稳定期,培养120h时进入衰亡期。本研究可为绵羊肺炎支原体培养特性研究和疫苗生产工艺研究提供参考数据。
Mycoplasma ovipneumoniae GH3-3 strainis one of vaccine strains for producing inactivated vaccine for mycoplasmal pneomonia of sheep and goats in China.The growth curve of M.ovipneumoniae GH3-3 strainin the modified KM2 medium was determined by measuring the titres(color change unit) using viable count method in this study.The results showed that GH3-3 strain grew well in the modified KM2 medium,and was logarithmic phase in 12-72 h,stationary phase in 72-120 h and decline phase after 120 h.The results provided the reference data for the manufacturing process of inactivated vaccine for M.ovipneomonia.
