摘要
探讨了灰兜巴化学成分与周边环境茶叶的相关性。供试品用水超声提取,离心,取上清液,用XtimateTMC18HPLC色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),0.15%磷酸水溶液-甲醇流动相体系进行梯度洗脱,柱温30℃,流速1.0mL.min-1,检测波长220nm。结果表明,灰兜巴与周边环境茶叶有相同的化学成分,但相对含量相差很大,灰兜巴也有不同于茶叶的特殊成分。
The correlation relationship of chemical ingredients in huidouba and peripheral environmental tea was studied.The sample was extracted by supersonic wave with water and then was centrifugated.The separated liquid supernatant was performed on a XtimateTM C18 HPLC column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) under the gradient elution with 0.15% phosphoric acid-methanol as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1 at a column temperature of 30℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 220nm.The results showed that there were the same chemistry ingredients between huidouba and peripheral environmental tea,but their contents had obvious difference.The some especial chemical ingredients were discovered in huidouba.
