摘要
采用微波消解法对枸杞样品进行处理,以电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定并比较了柴达木野生红果枸杞、黑果枸杞、诺木洪种植红果枸杞中17种元素的含量。方法的回收率在94.60%—104.70%之间,相对标准偏差不大于2.47%。枸杞中含有丰富的对人体有益的元素,其中黑果枸杞中的K、Na、Mg、Ni、P、Sr、S等元素均比其他两种枸杞高,可作为保健食品开发。
The samples were digested by microwave digestion,and the contents of 17 kinds elements in three different wild Lycium barbarum L Qaidam basin,such as berry-red medlar,Lycium Ruthenicum Murr.and debbi wood berry-red medlar flood planting,were determined by Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES),and compared.The recovery was in the range of 94.60%—104.70%,and the relative standard deviation was not more than 2.47%.The experiment proved that Lycium barbarum L was rich in constant and trace elements.The contents of K,Na,Mg,Ni,P,Sr and S in Lycium Ruthenicum Murr.that is suit for development as a healthy food,which are higher than others.
