摘要
水相快速合成CdTe@PVP量子点,其平均粒径为2.6nm,荧光量子产率为47.4%,半峰宽为35.8nm。基于银离子对CdTe@PVP量子点的荧光猝灭作用,建立该量子点作为荧光探针测定银离子的新荧光分析法。在银离子浓度为2.5—17.5μmol.L-1的范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.9999,RSD值为0.3%,检出限为0.28μmol.L-1。
CdTe@PVP quantum dots(CdTe@PVP QDs) were prepared by water-phase synthesis method.The average grain diameter of CdTe@PVP QDs was 2.6nm,and the fluorescent quantum yield was 47.4%,while the half bandwidths wavelength was 35.8nm.Based on the significant quenching effect of silver ion on the fluorescence of CdTe@PVP QDs,a novel method for determination of silver ion was developed with CdTe@PVP QDs as fluorescence probe.There was a good linear relationship for the concentration of silver ion in the range of 2.5—17.5μmol·L-1 with correlation coefficient of 0.9999.Relative standard deviation was 0.3%,and detection limit was 0.28μmol·L-1.
